OUR MISSION is to provide the best possible and most necessary leadership and development resources, plus effective communication tools to socially conscious business owners of growth to mid-size organizations globally; so that they and their teams can efficiently and effectively bring their vision to fruition in a unified, enjoyable way for optimal business growth.
WE DO THIS BECAUSE we know that by modeling and nurturing leadership skills that model congruency of values and ethics in both word and deed, that one leader at a time we are supporting the provision of education that can and will help the poor and the powerful in better decision-making and communication skills… decision-making and good communication that has the capacity to shift the status quo in any system. These values include: fairness, commitment to understanding, self- and other-awareness, personal betterment, and care for humanity.
WE WANT TO play a leading role in shifting the status quo to absolute, universal intolerance that any man, woman or child die from chronic hunger. We do this one leader at a time, business development for one organization at a time, one step at a time. We do this through leadership training for the development of leadership qualities and improving communication in business; and by funding successful organizations that model this quality of leadership and are actively and sustainably changing the status quo.

Our Philanthropic Cause
To fund select humanitarian Aid operations/organizations that are directly or indirectly serving impoverished populations in Africa; where they lack infrastructure necessities such as homes, water catchment systems, and wells; educational opportunities (with a focus on women’s empowerment); and appropriate medical care. We are currently partnered with Feel Good: Ending World Hunger, One Cheese Sandwich at a Time.
